Printing Terms of Service
Printing Terms Of Service At Minuteman Press Arlington Texas
PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND
Production time begins ONLY after an order has been received and successfully completed our initial processing. Orders are considered received and are put into production ONLY when:
(1) a work order has been created with complete project specifications.
(2) all customer art/project files have been correctly submitted.
(3) you (the client) have approved the PDF proof and have given written approval to proceed with production and thereby agreeing to our terms and conditions
We will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. We estimate that most orders will be ready for delivery within 3-5 business days. All proofs approved before noon (CST) are considered starting on that business day. Approved proofs received after noon (CST) will begin the following business day. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and/or technical problems may delay the printing process. Technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation or discounts.
In the unlikely event that an error has occurred during the production of a particular job, we must be promptly notified of the problem. A determination will then be made by Minuteman Press whether the defect may qualify for a discount or reprint. There will be absolutely no discounts, refunds or re-prints if we are not notified of the defect within 10 days from the date that a job is delivered to you.

HOW TO SEND FILES TO US:
Files may be sent by email or by selecting the "Send A File" tab on the main menu. Our preference is to use the "Send A File" function to avoid the many issues associated with email attachments. The file transfer function works by selecting the menu option, login or create a new account as appropriate, enter as much data as necessary to describe your project, browse and attach your file (or multiple files), and send. It is easy, fast, and you will receive a confirming email.
